LAND SURVEYING
Land surveying section is the largest department in CDDS Ltd. The vast experience gained since company creation has led CDDS Ltd through many challenges that have strengthened its structure, knowledge, contacts, and reputation. We cover all aspects of land surveying, including:

MEASURE BUILDING SURVEY
The need for EDD has swept across the country, with high demand from notaries completing the "Règlement de Copropriété" of multi-owned buildings. Our EDD department is fully functional, with reports being carried out by an experienced surveyor. Our other building survey services include:

CHRISTOPHE
CHASTEAU
Christophe has nineteen years experience in land surveying. He is a drone specialist and has followed overseas courses to handle data collection and analysis. Christophe also manages the company operations.
TRISTAN DOGER DE SPEVILLE
Tristan is an RICS chartered valuer (MRICS 6688075) who heads our valuation department. He graduated from the Curtin University of Technology with a Bachelor of Commerce in property valuation and development
MARK DOGER DE SPEVILLE
Mark is a senior partner, holding a National Diploma
in Land Surveying from the University of Technology, 2007. He is a commissioned sworn land surveyor and manages the company on an operational level.
